Man stabbed at the bus stop.

Tuesday, October 3rd 2023: Police responded to the report of a man that was stabbed in the shoulder early this morning at a D.C. bus stop. The stabbing was reported just after 12:30 a.m. on the 1600 block of Bladensburg Road in the northeast section of D.C. Police advised that the victim’s injuries were not believed to be life threatening and the motive for the stabbing is unclear.

Carjacked just blocks from the US Capitol.

October 2nd 2023: The report of an armed carjacking came in to DC 911 at approximately 9:32 pm on Monday night stating that the incident was occurring at the intersection of New Jersey and K Street in Southeast DC but no victim information was given at that time. Soon after police arrived on the scene, it was discovered that Democratic Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar had been carjacked at gunpoint near his residence, in the Navy Yard area of Washington, D.C., just blocks from the United States Capitol. Cuellar’s chief of staff Jacob Hochberg released a statement Monday night saying: “As Congressman Cuellar was parking his car this evening, 3 armed assailants approached the Congressman and stole his vehicle and cell phone. Luckily, he was not harmed and is working with local law enforcement.” As of the time of this posting, the Congressman’s stolen vehicle, a white Honda CHR, has since been recovered.

Per D.C. Police statistics, As of Sunday, October 1st 2023, there have been 750 “CARJACKINGS” in Washington D.C. – Seventy Five percent (75%) of which involved the use of guns .

Man Struck by Gunfire on Pennsylvania Ave.

A man, walking along the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE around 11:15 a.m. on Sunday morning in the district, was struck by gunfire while waking home. Suddenly, a dozen shots rang out and the man ducked down to the ground but realized that he had been shot in the arm. Medics arrived a short time later and rushed him to a nearby hospital. The 63-year-old man is expected to survive. Police are looking for a black Nissan Altima that could possibly be connected to the shooting. They are also reaching out to nearby businesses to see if anything was captured on surveillance videos.

Escaped Inmate : Armed and Dangerous

Authorities continue to search for 21-year-old Isaiah Roulack an escaped inmate from Henrico County hospital. According to police, Roulack has been named as a suspect in the recent armed carjacking in Montgomery County on Friday, Sept. 1, just months after his escape in August.

Roulack is described as a Black male. He stands at 5’8 inches tall, 225 pounds and has brown eyes. He has tattoos on his face, which include “Cut Throat” on his right cheek, a tattoo on his left arm that says “RIP ish” and a tattoo on his right arm that reads “Faith is Seeing with Your Heart When All Your Eyes See is Darkness.” He also goes by the alias of Lil Nas.

The U.S. Marshals Service has indicated that Roulack should be considered armed and dangerous. The Marshals Service is offering a  Cash Reward for information that leads to the apprehension of Roulack. Authorities can be contacted at 1-877-WANTED2, or tips can be submitted via the USMS Tips app.

Carjacked, Raped, then Frozen!

According to D.C. police, a woman was approached by a man while she was sitting in her car last night in Southeast on Buena Vista Terrace, near the D.C. border with Maryland. The man displayed hand gun, then got into her car and forced her to drive to a secluded area where he raped her. Then the suspect made the victim drive to another location in Anacostia Park where he forced her exit the vehicle and jump into the freezing river. U.S. Park Police Sgt. James Dingeldein advised that the suspect later fled the scene in the victim’s black 2016 Toyota Camry, DC tag FB0193. The suspect was described as a thin black male in black jeans and black jacket with a hooded shirt under the jacket. DC police asks that anyone who can identify this individual to call (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to 50411.
