DC Police are investigating a shooting where two U.S. Marshals fired at a man who was trying to carjack one of them.

This gun was recovered at the scene of the shooting.

Early Friday morning, around 1:15 am, two deputy US Marshals were parked in separate vehicles in the 2100 block of 11th Street NW when Kentrell Flowers, 18, of Southeast, exited a nearby vehicle and pointed a handgun at one of the Marshals. The Marshal responded by drawing his service weapon and fired “several shots” at Flowers. The other Marshal, who was nearby in the other vehicle, responded and fired his service weapon as well. Teens Robbed inside a DC Public Library. WTF?

Monday, October 2nd, 2023: Is there no place safe in this city anymore? This latest incident is just another example of a city, (The Nation’s Capital no less), out of control. The D.C. Mayor and her Team have no clue in regards to how to stop crime in the District of Columbia. I guarantee that if this was once again a Federal City, with the US Park Police in charge along with other Federal policing agencies, things would be a lot different. Federal courts can still impose the Death Penalty. Let’s go to the Video Tape.
