Its High Noon on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Kids and their parents are having fun on
the playground at the Columbia Heights Community Center, on Girard street in the Northwest section of the city, when a young man runs through with a gun shooting at others on or near the center. Fortunately no one was hurt; Police are still looking for the gunman. What’s it going to take before something terrible happens again?

As I stated on the previous post, statistics show that the death penalty is a proven deterrent to this type of violent crime. It’s not the cure-all, but it certainly lumes heavy on the minds of would-be criminals after they’ve seen 1 or 2 of their homeboys get fried. DC needs to stop playing with these actors and step it up, before things really get out of hand. Pass emergency legislation if necessary !!!
